Speak freely for 90 seconds — the way you think, no typing. Vocelion pulls out tasks, dates and names and files them, reviewed, into your Reminders and Calendar. Your audio never leaves your iPhone.

”The proposal by Friday, the version with the workshop day, the callback to Ms. Soltau…” — two meetings later it's all a blur.
The best idea of the week arrives while you're walking. By the time you reach your desk, it's just a vague feeling.
You still know that something important happened today. Just not what.
You can record voice memos anywhere. But a memo no one ever plays back isn't a task that got done.
One continuous flow. Your audio stays on the device; only the text becomes tasks.
One tap on the recorder. Speak freely, for as long as you like — your own voice, never a meeting recording.
Your voice becomes text locally. The audio never leaves your iPhone.
Only the minimized text goes to an EU model (Mistral, France) — and becomes tasks, dates, and people, each with a timestamp back to the source. Now in opt-in beta: on iPhone 15 Pro and later, this step can run entirely on device.
Swipe to complete or dismiss. Send to Reminders, Calendar — or share as Markdown.
Extraction is only the start. Every approved task is one tap from where you actually work — and nothing leaves the app until you approve it.

No account, no US cloud, no reading along. Exactly what happens — and what doesn't.
Your voice becomes text locally. The audio does not leave your iPhone.
Now in opt-in beta: on iPhone 15 Pro and later, task detection can run with Apple Intelligence entirely on your device too — nothing leaves your iPhone. Older devices keep using the EU cloud.
If text is processed, it happens on servers in the EU — GDPR-compliant, with no US access.
Your recordings never train an AI model. Never.
Single recordings or everything at once. Audio auto-deletes after 30 days.
Fair question. Here's the honest answer — tool by tool.
| Tasks from speech | Audio stays private | Solo & mobile | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Apple Voice Memostranscribes well — nothing more | — transcript only | ✓ on device | ✓ |

As of July 2026. Apple call recording is not available in the EU; US providers are subject to the CLOUD Act — regardless of server location.
For your own recaps and voice notes — deliberately not meeting or third-party recording.
Speak the thought right after the client conversation — before daily life washes it away.
Sensitive notes that never leave the device. No account, no third-party server.
Spoken while walking, instantly next steps in Reminders and Calendar.

The recorder is the hero. Your recent notes with duration and open tasks at a glance.

During recording: a running timecode, a real waveform — and the promise "Your audio never leaves your device."
Vocelion is there when the thought arrives — by button, by voice, from the lock screen. No hunting for the app first.
"Start a recording in Vocelion" — via Siri or the Action Button, even with the app closed.
The running recording with pause and stop in the Dynamic Island — plus a Home Screen widget and Control Center.
An incoming call pauses the recording automatically. One tap and you're back.
Say "Vocelion Stopp / Pause / weiter" — hands-free in the car, entirely on device. (fixed German phrases)

No. Transcription runs entirely on your iPhone — using Apple's own speech engine, the same technology as in Voice Memos. Only the minimized text — never the audio — goes to an EU model for task extraction.
On the device and, when needed, on servers in the EU. AI extraction runs exclusively on EU servers of the French provider Mistral AI — with no access under the US CLOUD Act. On newer iPhones (iPhone 15 Pro and later), it can even run entirely on-device as an opt-in Beta. Processing is GDPR-compliant.
As an opt-in Beta: yes. On iPhone 15 Pro and later (with Apple Intelligence), task detection can run fully on your iPhone — so it stays on device. If that isn't possible, the EU cloud takes over automatically. You switch it on in Settings; it's off by default. On older iPhones, detection keeps running through Mistral's EU model as it does today. The free weekly limits apply the same either way.
No. Vocelion has no login and no server of its own. Your data lives on the device; syncing runs only through your private iCloud.
No — only your own voice. That's a deliberate choice, to avoid consent questions around third-party recording (§201 of the German Criminal Code).
Yes. Share a single task or the whole transcript as text via the iOS share sheet — to Messages, Mail, or Slack. No extra account needed.
There's a permanently free tier (unlimited recording, on-device transcription, 5 task extractions per week — 25 per week in your first month to get you started). Pro costs €12/month or €99/year — with a 14-day free trial. If you'd rather not subscribe, buy Pro once as a Lifetime for €249 — a launch offer available at the start only.
The only question is whether it makes it into your task list.
